The Johan Cruyff Institute has launched the second edition of the sport marketing intensive course for the Brazilian market. From today until Saturday, the group of 19 attendees of the program will have the opportunity to learn at the hands of prestigious professionals from the sector all about the latest trends and changes taking place in the world of sport marketing.
Davis Tenorio, the Johan Cruyff Institute’s international agent in Brazil and sports branding specialist, will introduce attendees to the marketing industry, its concepts, strategies, sponsorship and branding tools. Each day he will be joined a renowned speaker who will contribute his experience and practical cases.
Daniel Mourão, marketing director of UFC Brazil, will speak about the management of the mixed martial arts championship. Audrio Magalhães, sport marketing manager at Under Armour, will focus the debate on concepts and strategies in sport marketing. Pierre Scholz, national sport marketing manager at Red Bull, will speak about brand activation and experience at sporting events. And finally, Bruno Conde Doro, from the Brazilian content, digital services and technology company UOL, will explain the new challenges for sports journalism in the age of digital media.
The course also includes a visit to the Brazilian Paralympic Center, a newly opened complex and one of the largest in the world, which has about 100,000 square meters of facilities, 86 apartments and areas for training in 15 Paralympic sports.
