Entry requirements & Admissions
Academic requirements
The program is provided by our partner UCFB, a British higher education institution. They are responsible for the admissions procedure. To be eligible for the BA (Hons) Sports Management program, applicants must meet the following academic criteria:
- A minimum of 96 UCAS Tariff Points, typically from Level 3 qualifications such as A-Levels or equivalent international qualifications.
International qualifications
We welcome applications from students worldwide. As education systems vary across countries, international qualifications are assessed individually to ensure they meet UK academic standards.
To support this process, we use guidance from UK ENIC, the UK’s official body for evaluating and comparing international qualifications. UK ENIC provides expert advice on how overseas qualifications align with the UK education system.
Each application is therefore reviewed on a case-by-case basis to determine whether it is equivalent to UK Level 3 qualifications, such as A-Levels.
Required documents
As part of your application, you will need to submit the following:
- A completed application via UCAS, the centralised platform used to apply for undergraduate degrees in the UK
- Academic certificates and transcripts

- A valid passport (and visa-related documentation if required for fee assessment)
UCAS manages the application process for UK universities, allowing you to apply for multiple courses and track your application in one place.

Learning model
Distance with attendance delivery
This course will be delivered in two ways. Firstly, this course will be taught with study materials developed specifically for distance learning. Learners will have access to dedicated support staff and academic tutors as well as an online learner community throughout their studies. Preparation for and the undertaking of assessments are included in the teaching and learning time.
Because of the direction and support in the study guide, learner/tutor interaction time should be minimal. However, dedicated support staff and academic tutors will be available through the online learner community and will address all queries in line with the student charter for distance learning. Secondly, each year, two modules have been selected to comprise an intensive face to face teaching experience.
Student services
Students have access to a wide range of support services designed to enhance their academic experience and overall wellbeing throughout their studies. The UCFB Online Hub provides a dedicated platform for students to access course content on the go, take part in quizzes, and stay up to date with the latest news and events.
The Student Support Team offers assistance across key areas including pastoral care and wellbeing, disability and learning support, access and widening participation, student finance, and student voice through the Student Union. In addition, international students receive dedicated support services, ensuring an inclusive and accessible learning environment for all.
The flexible nature of Online with attendance study allows most students to learn in their own time zone, with live sessions scheduled within the UK working week.
