The next generation of leaders in sport management receive their diplomas at all the Johan Cruyff Institute centers
The Johan Cruyff Institute opens the season of graduations in all its centers. It’s that time of year when all who are part of this institution celebrate that the next generation of leaders in sport management have successfully fulfilled their training phase and face new challenges with enthusiasm and confidence as part of the great ‘Cruyff family’.
The students at the Johan Cruyff Institute Amsterdam were the first to receive their diplomas at the graduation ceremony held on June 10, at the Amsterdam ArenA. There were a total of 78 students, including 19 technical staff from AFC Ajax who have completed the Master in Coaching, and the students of the Master in Sport Management and of the Module Sport and Facility/Event Management.

On June 28, it was the turn of the online family and of the Barcelona on-campus students of Sport Management, Sport Marketing, Sponsorship and Football Business. The Antiga Fàbrica Damm installations in Barcelona were the scenario that brought everyone together for a joint celebration.
The memory of our founder, Johan Cruyff, was very present throughout the graduation and his figure served once again as an inspiration in the parliaments of all who had the word on stage: the director of Johan Cruyff Institute, Mariël Koerhuis, the godfather of the ceremony, Gabriel Masfurroll, and the three students (online, blended and on campus) that spoke on behalf of all their classmates.

Holland will again be the center of attention in July and September with the graduation ceremonies of the Johan Cruyff Colleges in Nijmegen, Groningen, Roosendaal, Amsterdam and Enschede and of the Johan Cruyff Universities in Tilburg and Amsterdam.
