2nd SPORTS BUSINESS Job Fair: a benchmark for talent in the sports industry

Next Tuesday, March 10, the 2nd edition of the SPORTS BUSINESS Job Fair will take place. Last year, the event brought together more than 400 students from universities and postgraduate schools across Spain with over 50 leading sports organizations

One year after a successful first edition, the SPORTS BUSINESS Job Fair returns to Barcelona to establish itself as a benchmark for the sports industry. On March 10, from 9:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m., the event will once again be held in Barcelona, bringing together young talent interested in working in the sports sector. Last year, the Job Fair brought together more than 400 students from 12 different academic institutions with over 40 sports organizations.

The 2nd Job Fair aims to position itself as a platform for employability and networking, connecting students, academic institutions, and sports organizations in a dynamic and enriching environment. Alex Zusammen, Founder and CEO of Impulsyn, explains the importance of this new edition: “This year, we aim to consolidate the Job Fair as the key space to connect talent, education, and opportunities in the sports industry.”

2nd SPORTS BUSINESS Job Fair: job opportunities in the sports sector

The second edition of the SPORTS BUSINESS Job Fair will feature the participation of 17 academic institutions from across Spain, including Johan Cruyff Institute, UCAM, ESBS, UAX Rafa Nadal, and LALIGA Business School. The event will include roundtables and talks with Human Resources professionals and experts from the sports industry, where attendees will gain first-hand insight into labor market trends, the most in-demand profiles, and the key skills needed to stand out in the sports industry.

In addition, it will be a unique opportunity to connect with leading companies in the sector. Among the organizations that participated last year were top-tier companies such as LALIGA, Decathlon, Oysho, Sprinter, Deporvillage, VivaGym, Anytime Fitness, Fitness Park, Mercury, as well as clubs such as CD Leganés and Girona.

“The SPORTS BUSINESS Job Fair is a key space organized together with Impulsyn to bring students closer to the professional reality of the sports industry. At Johan Cruyff Institute, we are committed to initiatives that connect education, talent, and the job market, helping students understand which profiles are in demand today and how to prepare to take that professional step,” says Cristina Pales, Marketing Manager at Johan Cruyff Institute.
