Athletic Club San Lorenzo de Almagro, one of the greats of the Argentine First Division football league, has joined the group of sports organizations linked to the Johan Cruyff Institute, after signing a collaboration agreement that will directly benefit athletes, staff and members of the club, which has 70,000 members and 152 fan clubs.
“For San Lorenzo, this is a very positive alliance because we are talking about something created by Johan Cruyff, one of the five best footballers in history and also a notable coach. In other words, someone who lived all his life linked to the world of football, understanding the game like few others, and the business that surrounds it. That is why the Johan Cruyff Institute is also successful. I hope many members of San Lorenzo enjoy this special discount that they will have to do online courses in specialties so in fashion like Sport Management and Sport Marketing”, says President Matías Lammens.
The Johan Cruyff Institute will give San Lorenzo members, athletes and staff a 30% discount on the price of any academic program taught online and a 20% discount on blended courses, except for the University Master in Sport Management. This means a selection of 52 academic programs to choose from. San Lorenzo, in turn, will offer two internship places for Johan Cruyff Institute students.
