
The first edition of the SPORTS BUSINESS Job Fair, organized by Johan Cruyff Institute and Impulsyn, will take place in Barcelona on April 9th to bring young talent together with leading companies in the sports sector
With over 50 confirmed companies and institutions, the SPORTS BUSINESS Job Fair will serve as a meeting point between young talent and top organizations in the sports industry. Its goal is to provide a unique platform for employability and networking, connecting students, academic institutions, and sports entities in a dynamic and enriching environment.
Alex Zusammen, Founder and CEO of Impulsyn, explains the importance of the event: “Since we launched Impulsyn in July 2021, we’ve always dreamed of organizing the first Job Fair in Spain for the sports industry. Over the years, this goal has become more attainable, but it wasn’t until 2025 that we finally took the leap to make this dream a real and ambitious objective.”

Who is the fair aimed at?
The SPORTS BUSINESS Job Fair is specifically designed for:
- Academic Institutions: Universities and schools with sports management programs, which can enroll their master’s students to provide them with an enriching professional experience. Each institution will have a limited number of tickets available.
- Sports Entities: Clubs, federations, gyms, academies, tournaments, and companies in sports products or media. Participating companies can have a booth, post job offers on Impulsyn before the event, and interview candidates in person.
- Sponsors: Companies interested in collaborating with the event and generating strategic synergies to foster employability and networking in the sports sector.
Alex Zusammen emphasizes that, “For the first time in history, students from major graduate schools and universities with programs in management, marketing, and various corporate areas of the sports world will spend a day together in an event full of networking, company booths, interviews, and roundtables focused on employability in the sector. The event that the young talent of our industry needs is finally a reality.”
Registration and Participation
Date: Wednesday, April 9th,
Time: 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM
Place: La Antigua Fábrica Damm (Carrer del Rosselló, 515, Barcelona).
Registration is free for sports companies or institutions wishing to participate, as well as for exhibitors wishing to offer job and internship opportunities. Registrations are open and can be done through the event’s website, or via email at alex.zusammen@impulsyn.com or francesco.battistini@impulsyn.com. Student attendance must be managed through their academic institution, and costs €10 per student. Individual registrations from students and/or independent professionals will not be accepted.
