Johan Cruyff Institute will attend the Soccerex Global Convention as sponsor of the clubs and brands breakfast and with a joint stand with Cruyff Football

The international football industry will meet again from 4-6 September in Manchester to celebrate the Soccerex Global Convention 2017. On this occasion, the Johan Cruyff Institute will participate in the largest international convention of the football industry by sponsoring the Clubs & Brands Breakfast, an authentic networking space bringing together the most influential representatives of the king of sports.

The Johan Cruyff Institute will also have a stand in the exhibitors’ area offering information about all of master’s and postgraduate courses in Sport Management, Sport Marketing and Sport Sponsorship, Coaching and Football Business. At this great showcase, it will share the space with Cruyff Football, another initiative of ‘The World of Johan Cruyff’.

Cruyff Football brings to Soccerex 2017 the vision of ‘Total Football’ with which Johan Cruyff revolutionized the world of football and created his own school. Cruyff Football’s CEO, Wim Jonk, and director of talent development, Ruben Jongkind, will offer two presentations, one on the philosophy of the game, and another on coaching and development.

Soccerex has been bringing together the major football interest groups for more than 20 years. In 2017, the convention will gather more than 170 exhibitors, 3,000 delegates, 450 international clubs and 220 journalists, in a global event at which 80 different nationalities will be represented.

The main objective of the Master in Football Business in partnership with FC Barcelona is to educate with in-depth and up-to-date knowledge and insights from the football industry. Students will analyze the core theories and relevant case studies that will help them visualize the behavior of the football business. Students will also have the opportunity to learn, interact and contribute with FC Barcelona business strategy and operations.
