Johan Cruyff Institute offers academic training to sport management company RFH Sports & Management

Johan Cruyff Institute and RFH Sports & Management sign a collaboration agreement to promote academic training among the firm’s members and promote shared values through the creation of joint projects

Through this agreement, Johan Cruyff Institute and the Romanian company RFH, based in Bucharest, have created an alliance that will enable RHF’s players and staff to develop their knowledge of the sports sector by choosing the academic training of Johan Cruyff Institute in sport management, sport marketing and sponsorship, football business and coaching.

RFH was born from the vision of Ramona Farcău and her team with the aim of developing the potential of athletes and guiding them towards excellence. The company offers sport management services to contribute to the development of sport at the individual level and in sports clubs. Ramona is a former player of the Romanian national handball team and general manager of the company. She currently leads the ACS Olympic RFH sports club, an RFH project that includes a handball, football and tennis school, and contributes to training and preparing children to succeed at a sporting and personal level.

For Andreas Hniatiuc, executive manager of RFH, “the agreement with Johan Cruyff Institute is fully aligned with the concept ‘education through sport’, to which RFH Sports & Management adhered from the beginning of our journey. The core values of both organizations are similar and complementary, making our agreement organic and natural. We are truly honoured to be partners of Johan Cruyff Institute and look forward to the future with confidence.”

The agreement also opens up the possibility for Johan Cruyff Institute students to do internships at the company, subject to their availability.
