Johan Cruyff Institute makes all its academic training offer available to the members and affiliated clubs of the Catalan Tennis Federation
Johan Cruyff Institute remains faithful to its mission of contributing to the training of sport managers of today and of the future by promoting development and learning among athletes and organizations, working in collaboration with institutions that share the same passion and mission to professionalize the sports industry. In this sense, the institution makes its entire portfolio of academic training available to the Catalan Tennis Federation through the signing of a collaboration agreement.
The athletes, staff and affiliated clubs of the Catalan Tennis Federation will now have access to the portfolio of programs in sport management, sport marketing and sponsorship, football business and coaching, as well as the customized training of Johan Cruyff Institute with important benefits.
Established in 1904, the Catalan Tennis Federation today has more than 200 affiliated clubs and a total of 27,000 member athletes. Beyond its mission to promote the sport of tennis and organize competitions, the federation is also committed to meeting the needs of its members and promoting training within the sport.
“Through the agreement with Johan Cruyff Institute, we strengthen the training commitment with our affiliated clubs and athletes. It is a priority for the federation to offer specific training in sport management that guarantees the updating of knowledge among the community of managers and the comprehensive training of future professionals in our sector,” said Jordi Tamayo, president of the federation.
Other lines of collaboration are opened through this agreement, such as the possibility of working together on case studies and other activities, and for Johan Cruyff Institute students to have access to future internship offers at the federation.
