Johan Cruyff Institute and Trevisan lay the foundations for the exchange of knowledge in the world of sport management with a content plan aimed at enriching the experience of their students and sports organizations linked to both institutions
From the perspective of academic exchange, the agreement between Johan Cruyff Institute and Trevisan includes the activation of different activities ranging from: the organization of webinars with important speakers from the sector; joint participation in CONAFU, the most important congress on the football industry in Brazil; the collaboration of professors from both entities in existing or newly created programs; and the implementation of an international module so that Trevisan students can study at the international headquarters of Johan Cruyff Institute in Barcelona, and vice versa.
“Brazil offers an environment conducive to learning in different disciplines of sport management for the benefit of Brazilian sport. It is a country recognized worldwide for its contribution to sport, with many renowned universities and business schools. Trevisan is one of the most outstanding ones, which bets on technology in the training processes for its students. That is why we are particularly excited about a collaboration that I am sure will be beneficial for both institutions,” says Mariël Koerhuis, general manager of Johan Cruyff Institute.
“It is a great honor to partner with Johan Cruyff Institute, the institution founded by the legendary Dutch Ajax and FC Barcelona player, who helped revolutionize football, and also left a great technical legacy,” says Fernando Trevisan, director of the Brazilian business school. “I am confident that together, Trevisan and Johan Cruyff Institute will be even stronger in the mission to collaborate with the next generation of leaders capable of managing and leading the world’s top sports organizations.”
