Johan Cruyff Institute and the Brazilian Paralympic Committee formalize an agreement for academic collaboration

Johan Cruyff Institute and the Brazilian Paralympic Committee sign an academic collaboration agreement to carry out joint activities and obtain benefits of mutual interest

Johan Cruyff Institute and the Brazilian Paralympic Committee have teamed up through a recently signed collaboration agreement, for the benefit of both entities. The agreement promises special discounts for the athletes and staff of the organization on the academic programs in sport management, sport marketing and sponsorship and football business taught by Johan Cruyff Institute.

At the same time, the agreement also includes the possibility for students of Johan Cruyff Institute to do internships at the organization if and when they become available, and also contemplates the organization of joint activities, with the objective of transmitting values common to both institutions, such as the growth and development of sport globally.

Misael Conrado, president of the Brazilian Paralympic Committee, expressed his satisfaction with the agreement: “It is a great joy to be able to sign this collaboration agreement with Johan Cruyff Institute, an organization with great experience and international recognition for its training and extension courses. The Brazilian Paralympic Committee has always stood out for its innovation and actions that allow it to be at the forefront of sport. Signing this collaboration agreement with Johan Cruyff Institute allows us to offer our staff and affiliated athletes, as well as the staff and athletes of the Paralympic confederations and federations recognized by the Brazilian Paralympic Committee, special conditions so they can study courses of utmost importance for their training in sport management”.

The Brazilian Paralympic Committee, founded in 1958, aims to be a world reference in the management and development of Paralympic sport, promoting the inclusion of people with all kinds of disabilities, as well as developing initiatives that help make Paralympic sport open to everyone in Brazil.
