Johan Cruyff Institute opened its facilities to its alumni network in Barcelona for a CruyffSportTalks with Sergi González, head of operations at Girona FC, before the Champions League match between Napoli and FC Barcelona
Learning at Johan Cruyff Institute is not limited to classroom lessons; any occasion is good to meet, continue learning from the experience of active professionals and spend a relaxed time with former classmates. The Institute opened its facilities to its network of alumni in Barcelona to enjoy the Champions League match between Napoli and FC Barcelona.
The group met at 8 pm to warm up with an enjoyable talk by Sergi González, head of operations at Girona FC and alumnus of the Official Master’s Degree in Sport Management Barcelona, on the development of a new service product, the Montilivi Tour, and working with volunteers.
After the networking session, the attendees of the activity enjoyed a snack and the Champions League round-of-16 match between Napoli and FC Barcelona.
CruyffSportTalks are a Johan Cruyff Institute initiative that are organized regularly at different venues around the world and aim to strengthen ties between the alumni network, through activities that keep them up-to-date with the latest developments in the sports industry. A new CruyffSportTalk will be held on March 27 at the Frans Otten Stadium in Amsterdam with the participation of a marketing influencer. New talks will be announced shortly.
On campus programs at the Johan Cruyff Institute include visits to sport organizations, clubs and facilities so that students can experience firsthand the challenges faced by sport managers on a daily basis. We also feature Master Classes by guest speakers who occupy key positions within the different areas of the sports industry. Online programs offer the possibility of studying in any place at any time through the Virtual Campus. The study pace can be adapted to each individual's workload and availability. A tutor guides each student through the entire program.Check it out!
