The Executive Master in Sport Management is a new initiative by Johan Cruyff Institute to continue professionalizing the sports industry in Mexico. The program, set to begin in April 2026, will be delivered in a blended format, with both online and in-person modules. Over the course of nine months, students will gain a strategic vision of the sports industry from a business perspective, while also acquiring innovative tools to lead organizations.
The structure of the Executive Master in Sport Management has been designed to meet the needs of the current sports industry in Latin America. It covers a broad range of topics, including strategic and financial management, marketing, sports events, and law. The program is aimed both at individuals looking to enter the sports industry and at professionals already working in the field who wish to update their knowledge and skills.

In addition to this new program, Johan Cruyff Institute also offers the International Master in Football Business and Administration in Mexico, along with other diploma courses. More than 600 Mexican students have graduated from these programs, and over 70% are directly involved in the football industry, working in organizations such as Liga BBVA, ESPN, TUDN, and FMF.
The faculty of the Executive Master in Sport Management consists of professionals from the sports industry who know how to connect classroom teaching with the realities of the business world. They do so through case-based teaching, simulations, workshops, and interdisciplinary team training, bringing students closer to the practical experience of their future careers.
