Johan Cruyff Institute will participate in the Cascais Global Sports Summit 2019, the first edition of this event organized by United Sports Events, to be held on September 18 and 19 at the Estoril Congress Center, in Portugal

With the presence of world renowned speakers and 1,000 seats available, Cascais Global Sports Summit 2019, in addition to promoting networking spaces, aims to discover the latest trends and take an in-depth look at issues that are currently transforming the sports industry. The topics that will be discussed in this first edition are: high performance and leadership; management and business; marketing, innovation and technology; communication and the media; health & wellness; e-sports and digital transformation.

On this occasion, Oliver Seitz, academic director of the Master in Football Business in partnership with FC Barcelona and the person responsible for developing football programs at the Johan Cruyff Institute, will be in charge of moderating the panel on ‘Growth in executive studies in football ‘ with other speakers. “For Johan Cruyff Institute, it’s always good to be able to share a space with key players in the sports industry”, explains Seitz, who goes on to add: “We are an organization committed to the development of sport management throughout the world, and the Cascais Global Sports Summit is undoubtedly an event that contributes to this goal”.
