Johan Cruyff Institute and Universidad Isabel I sign an academic collaboration agreement

The two institutions will develop joint academic activities, research projects of mutual interest and shared programs to offer the best sport management education to their students

Johan Cruyff Institute and Universidad Isabel I, with headquarters in Burgos, have signed a framework agreement for academic collaboration that will be activated in 2023. The alliance between the two institutions will allow them to offer their students more complete training itineraries with very advantageous conditions.

Through this agreement, students of Universidad Isabel I will be able to extend their studies by accessing all the master’s degrees and postgraduate diplomas taught by Johan Cruyff Institute in sport management, sport marketing and sponsorship, and football business, with special discounts. Similarly, students of Johan Cruyff Institute will enjoy discounts on enrolment to bachelor’s degrees, official master’s programs and continuing education courses at Universidad Isabel I, an institution that offers online and blended study programs, as well as online diploma courses in the field of sport, among others.

The collaboration will include the development of academic activities and training programs by both centers, the carrying out of studies and research projects of common interest, as well as collaboration in R&D or consultancy projects for third parties. Likewise, students from Universidad Isabel I will be considered for any available internships at Johan Cruyff Institute.

In the words of the academic director of Johan Cruyff Institute, Víctor Jordán, “the academic agreement with Universidad Isabel I is important because it enables the two institutions to open the doors to collaboration in areas such as research, and to exchange knowledge and offer programs that enhance the training of students. In addition, this agreement can help strengthen the reputation of both institutions and provide additional educational opportunities by promoting collaboration and the exchange of knowledge and experience, which enriches both institutions.”
