Brendon Fourie, Guillermo Pérez, Ehud Eblagon and Hashim Almadani studied together on the last edition of the Master in Football Business in partnership with FC Barcelona and will continue to be closely linked to Johan Cruyff Institute through their new business project, Four Nations Football Consulting (4NFC). Their company will become part of our network of collaborating entities to continue training future generations of leaders in the football industry.
Four Nations Football Consulting (4NFC) was born out of the final master’s project of the four students with a clear vocation to offer the football industry a wide range of consultancy services, covering the areas of operations, finance, marketing, facility management and innovation. “Our purpose is to leverage our professional skills, international networks and the knowledge gained in the program to help football clubs and associations improve on and off the pitch,” says Guillermo Perez, co-founder and COO of 4NFC.
Johan Cruyff Institute was the link between them and the educational proposal chosen to delve into the football business from their particular experience in other professional sectors. Brendon Fourie, a chartered accountant with four years of experience at Deloitte Chicago, specializes in projects related to the financial and strategic planning, budgeting and restructuring of clubs. Guillermo Pérez is an engineer and consultant with more than eight years of experience in projects related to business planning, due diligence and facilities management and operations. Ehud Eblagon is a consultant, with more than 12 years of experience in the sports-tech industry, developing projects in digitalization strategies, fan engagement, performance analysis and account management. Hashim Almadani is an expert in commercial strategies, international brand expansion and business partnership agreements.
Another member of the Four Nations Football Consulting (4NFC) team is Kenneth Cortsen, who has a bachelor’s and a master’s degree in business administration, an MSc in business economics and a PhD in sports branding with a focus on the commercialization of sport. He is is also co-founder of the sport management program at the University College of Northern Denmark (UCN), a regular guest speaker on our Master in Football Business in partnership with FC Barcelona, as well as a Johan Cruyff Institute ambassador in the Nordic countries.
“Staying connected to Johan Cruyff Institute is for us like leaving the nest but taking a branch with us to show it to the world. Our slogan ‘Total Football Business’ symbolizes our connection to Johan Cruyff. The way we see business is similar to the way Johan saw football,” explains Guillermo. “We look forward to collaborating for many years to come and to inspire and motivate the next generation of leaders in the sports industry to make a difference.”
The agreement between Johan Cruyff Institute and Four Nations Football Consulting (4NFC) includes their participation in lectures, presentations or webinars for our students and alumni, collaboration through tutorials in the master’s and postgraduate programs in football business, as well as the possibility for students to develop their final master’s and postgraduate projects based on real cases proposed by 4NFC, among others.
