The Institución Universitaria Escuela Nacional del Deporte de Cali offers its students the possibility of accessing the specialized training of Johan Cruyff Institute in sport management with special discounts
The Institución Universitaria Escuela Nacional del Deporte de Cali (University School of Sport of Cali) continues to broaden the horizons of its students thanks to the important collaboration agreement reached with Johan Cruyff Institute, which it has incorporated as a new academic partner.
The University, founded in 1984 in the city of Cali, is a public entity that offers undergraduate and graduate academic programs, certified by the Ministry of National Education, specialized in sport and applied sciences.
“For the Institución Universitaria Escuela Nacional del Deporte, these alliances contribute to the inclusion of inter- and multicultural references in the academic community, to the training of citizens capable of participating in global environments, as well as to the recognition of good practices and institutional projection on an international scale,” said Dr. José Fernando Arroyo Valencia, rector of the university.
The alliance with Johan Cruyff Institute means that its students will be able to continue their master’s studies in sport management, sport marketing and sponsorship, and football business, with a 15% discount on the established price of the programs.
The discount applies to the following seven programs:*
- Master in Sport Management (Online)
- Master in Sport Marketing and Sponsorship (Online)
- Master in Football Business (Online)
- Master in Marketing and Sport Management (Blended, Barcelona)
- Postgraduate Diploma in Sport Management (Online)
- Postgraduate Diploma in Sport Marketing and Sponsorship (Online)
- Postgraduate Diploma in Football Business (Online)
This academic collaboration also contemplates the possibility of inserting specific modules of Johan Cruyff Institute study programs into programs of the Escuela Nacional del Deporte, the organization of joint academic activities and the development of research projects of interest to both institutions.
In the words of the academic director of Johan Cruyff Institute, Víctor Jordán: “We are very pleased to start this academic collaboration with an institution such as the Escuela Nacional del Deporte, one of the leaders in Colombia in terms of sport-related education. To the agreements we already have with sports organizations that provide training for elite athletes or with other entities with academic offerings for industry professionals, we now add this agreement to benefit all graduates of the school, who wish to contribute to the development and professionalization of the sports industry in Colombia.”
